Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ANSUZS, our AI platform and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using ANSUZS operated by Nordik AI, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
ANSUZS provides users with the ability to:

Access and interact with multiple artificial intelligence models
•
Utilize AI text humanization tools
•
Train custom AI models using user-provided data
•
Generate, modify, and process text and other content
3. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
•
Create malicious code, malware, ransomware, or other harmful software
•
Produce content intended to exploit, harm, or endanger minors
•
Generate spam, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content
•
Create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without consent
•
Develop chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons
•
Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
•
Violate the terms of service of third-party AI providers we integrate with
•
Engage in academic dishonesty or plagiarism
•
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
•
Circumvent any security features or usage limitations
5. Academic Integrity and AI Detection Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: While ANSUZS includes AI text humanization features, we make NO guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:
•
Whether AI-generated or humanized content will be detected by AI detection tools
•
Whether content will be flagged by academic institutions, plagiarism detection software, or authenticity verification systems
•
The effectiveness of humanization features against current or future detection methods
You are solely responsible for:
•
Ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with your institution's academic integrity policies
•
Disclosing AI assistance where required by your school, university, or organization
•
Any consequences resulting from submitting AI-generated or AI-assisted work
•
Understanding and following all applicable academic honesty policies
We expressly disclaim all liability for any academic penalties, disciplinary actions, grade reductions, expulsions, or other consequences resulting from your use of ANSUZS, regardless of whether you used humanization features.
6. User Content and Data
6.1 Your Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to data and content you upload to train AI models or process through ANSUZS ("User Data"). By uploading User Data, you grant us a limited license as described below.
6.2 Use of User Data for Model Training
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
By using ANSUZS, you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding how we use your data:
6.2.1 General Service Usage Data
Content you input into our general AI interfaces (conversations, text humanization, general queries) may be used by us to:
•
Train and improve our AI models
•
Enhance Service quality and performance
•
Develop new features and capabilities
•
Conduct research and analysis
We will make reasonable efforts to:
•
Remove or anonymize personally identifiable information before using data for training
•
Implement security measures to protect data during processing
•
Exclude highly sensitive information from training datasets
6.2.2 Custom Model Training Data
Data you specifically upload to train your own custom AI models ("Custom Training Data") will:
•
Remain confidential and will NOT be used to train our general models
•
Be used solely for creating and operating your custom models
•
Not be shared with other users or incorporated into publicly available models
•
Be subject to enhanced security and privacy protections
6.2.3 Opting Out of Data Training
You may opt out of having your general usage data used for model training by:
•
Enabling the "Do Not Train" setting in your account preferences
•
Upgrading to a Premium or Enterprise plan (which includes automatic opt-out)
•
Contacting our support team to request data exclusion
Once you opt out:
•
Future inputs will not be used for training purposes
•
Previously collected data may have already been incorporated into training and cannot be retroactively removed
•
Your ability to use the Service will not be affected
6.2.4 Enterprise and Premium Plans
Users on Premium and Enterprise subscription tiers automatically receive:
•
Complete data privacy - NO data used for model training
•
Enhanced security protections
•
Confidentiality guarantees suitable for business and professional use
•
Priority support and service level agreements
6.3 Data Retention and Deletion
•
General usage data may be retained indefinitely for model training and Service improvement
•
Custom Training Data is retained as long as your custom models are active
•
You may request deletion of your data by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements
•
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where legal obligations require retention
6.4 Your Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:

You have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use your User Data
•
Your User Data does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
•
You will not upload confidential information belonging to others without authorization
•
You understand the data training practices described in this section
6.5 Generated Content
Content generated by AI models through ANSUZS is made available to you, but may be subject to limitations under applicable law. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the appropriateness and legality of any AI-generated content before use.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
ANSUZS and the Service, including its software, algorithms, design, trademarks, and underlying technology (excluding User Data and third-party AI models), is owned by Nordik AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Third-Party AI Models
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers. Your use of specific AI models may be subject to additional terms imposed by those providers. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms.
7.3 Output Ownership
Due to the nature of AI-generated content and varying legal interpretations, we make no claims of ownership over AI-generated outputs. However, outputs may be similar to content generated for other users. You should independently verify you have the right to use AI-generated content for your intended purpose.
8. Privacy and Data Security
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
Data Training Transparency: As described in Section 6.2, your usage data may be used to train our AI models unless you opt out or subscribe to a Premium/Enterprise plan. Please review Section 6.2 carefully to understand how your data is used.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
9.1 Service Provided "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.
9.2 AI Limitations
We do not guarantee that:
•
AI outputs will be accurate, complete, current, or error-free
•
The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or virus-free
•
AI models will perform to any particular standard
•
Humanization features will successfully avoid detection
•
Custom-trained models will achieve desired results
•
Anonymization processes will remove all identifying information
9.3 Third-Party AI Services
We rely on third-party AI providers whose services may change, become unavailable, or impose additional restrictions at any time. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party AI services.
9.4 Data Security
While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORDIK AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
•
Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
•
Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
•
Academic penalties, disciplinary actions, or professional consequences
•
Content flagged by AI detection systems or academic institutions
•
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
•
Third-party conduct or content on the Service
•
Data breaches or security incidents
•
Use of your data for model training as authorized by these Terms
•
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nordik AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of ANSUZS
•
Your violation of these Terms
•
Your violation of any rights of third parties
•
Your User Data or AI-generated content
•
Academic integrity violations or misconduct
•
Any illegal or harmful content you create using the Service
•
Your breach of confidentiality obligations to third parties
•
Uploading data you don't have rights to use
12. Fees and Payment
12.1 Subscription Fees
Certain features of ANSUZS require paid subscriptions. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice to active subscribers.
12.2 Subscription Tiers
Different subscription tiers offer different levels of data privacy:

Free/Basic: Usage data may be used for model training (with opt-out available)
•
Premium: Enhanced privacy protections; data not used for training
•
Enterprise: Maximum privacy and security; guaranteed confidentiality
12.3 Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
12.4 Usage Limits
We may impose usage limits, rate limits, or quotas on Service features. Excessive use may result in additional charges or service suspension.
13. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of ANSUZS at any time without liability. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or Service notification.
Changes to our data training practices will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice, and you will have the opportunity to opt out or terminate your account if you do not agree to the changes.
14. Termination
14.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.
14.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for:

Violation of these Terms
•
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
•
At our discretion for business or legal reasons
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use ANSUZS ceases immediately. We will delete or anonymize your User Data within 90 days following termination, subject to:
•
Legal obligations requiring data retention
•
Data that has already been incorporated into training datasets (which cannot be retroactively removed)
•
Backup systems that may retain data for up to an additional 90 days
15. Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on ANSUZS infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with:

Identification of the copyrighted work
•
Identification of the infringing material
•
Your contact information
•
A statement of good faith belief
•
A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
•
Your physical or electronic signature
16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Venue
Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Loudoun County, Virginia, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
16.3 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Loudoun County, Virginia, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law or for claims of intellectual property infringement. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
16.4 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
17. International Users and Data Transfers
If you access ANSUZS from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our servers are located. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers and understand that data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
18. Miscellaneous
18.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nordik AI regarding ANSUZS.
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
18.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
18.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
18.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By using ANSUZS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our practices regarding the use of your data for model training as described in Section 6.2.
